About Utility Imaging

Concrete Scanning Services was born in 2012, set up by Fredrik Sjolund – an ex project manager, builder and plumber. Fred saw an opportunity to deliver exceptional concrete and slab scanning services to the Northern NSW & Queensland construction industry. His ultimate goal was to create a business that really understands the demands of the industry and delivers maximum value to its customers, when they need it. Concrete Scanning Services specialises in exceptional concrete scanning, non-destructive testing, and engineering services, and we pride ourselves on the delivery of services that are reliable, accurate, efficient and excellent value. Services that are available 24/7 – when you need it.

We work closely with our customers to minimise the risks involved with construction works, giving them peace of mind, and enabling them to complete their projects safely, with minimum risk and with adherence to project deadlines and budgets.

Our knowledge of GPR enables us to explain any findings in detail and highlight the implications these may have on your project – professional, comprehensive reports are provided on completion of every project. Our strong solution based approach ensures collaboration and fulfilment of project requirements.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure the safe delivery of each and every construction project, every time. We are proud to have long standing partnerships with our clients throughout the greater Northern Rivers and Brisbane area.

Large pipes and cables are visible beneath the ground, with sandbags and piles of rubble scattered around. Adjacent high-rise buildings with glass facades and scaffolding are seen in the background. Streets are lined with parked vehicles, and a few urban elements like a tree and signage are present.
